"Okay price, but not AMAZING value"
I used laguna.network for a little while, and the pricing felt just okay to me. It’s not super expensive or anything, but I was expecting it to feel like a better deal for what you actually get.

Most of the time it worked fine, so I’m not really mad about it. I just wish the plans were clearer and included a bit more. Overall, it’s a 3-star experience for me.

"Decent uptime, but support could be quicker"
Laguna has been fine for the most part, and it works on most days without much trouble. That said, I’ve had a few random dropouts that were frustrating. Support did get back to me eventually, but I expected a faster response when the connection was acting up. It’s not a bad service overall, I just wish the uptime felt a bit more reliable for everyday use.

"Surprisingly easy to get going"
I thought setting this up was going to be a whole thing, but... it really wasn’t. I had everything connected within a few minutes, and I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of confusing settings or second-guess what I was doing.

Using laguna.network has been smooth so far. The pages are clear, things load like they should, and I can usually find what I need without overthinking it. It’s just nice when something works the way you expect it to.

"Pretty slow most the time"
I tried using laguna.network for a while, but it was way too slow for me. Pages would take forever to load and it just felt kinda rough almost every time I used it.

"I had a small issue with..."
I had a small issue with my account, so I reached out to support expecting it to take a while. To be fair, I already had it in my head that their support was probably decent, and this kind of confirmed that for me. They replied faster than I expected and helped get things sorted without a ton of back and forth. It wasn’t totally perfect since I still had to wait a bit for the final fix, but overall it was a solid experience...
